Well furnished holiday rental in Sanremo

This new apartment is located in Sanremo nearby city centre (10/15 minutes walking). All facilities such as shops, beaches, pubs and discos are nearby. This well equipped accommodation of about 60 square meters is new and very clean. It consists of a living room with sofa bed for two people and Kitchen, 1 bedroom with two single beds, 1 bedroom with double bed, bathroom with shower.

We offer to all customers a private parking for one car, washing machine, free internet Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning, refrigerator with freezer, TV (only Italian channels), microwave, iron and ironing board. Every Tuesday and Saturday mornings you can’t fail to visit the characteristic weekly market of Sanremo (500M), where many tourists and locals people love to shop. The beaches are 15 minutes walking and the Casinò is 600 meters away.

The well-known bicycle path Ospedaletti – San Lorenzo al Mare (about 30km lenght) is 900 meters far away. Here you can relax and have fun. This property is ideal for families with children. The private parking space in Sanremo is really a plus (and you will have it!). Pets are not allowed on this apartment.

From 06/07/2019 to 24/08/2019 reservation can be made from Saturday to Saturday only (min. 7 days).

From 24/03/2019 heating costs are NOT included in the price (surcharge of € 10.00 per day if used).

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

You should bring your own bed linen and towels, as they cannot be rented on site.
