This flat, located on the 4 floor without lift, is completely renovated and consists of a single room with kitchenette and 2 single sofa beds and a bathroom with shower (no bidet). The apartment is also equipped with: television with Italian channels, washing machine, independent heating, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, microwave oven, fridge with freezer and electric hotplate.

Pets are not allowed!

This flat is certainly an excellent solution if you want to enjoy your holiday in an informal and active way, or if you love the convenience and pleasure of reaching the beaches on foot, without having to use your car for daily trips.
