Fully equipped sea view terrace, 2 Km from the beaches and good confort! This is what it means to spend a beautiful holiday in our house in Imperia’s downtown.

I would be very happy to welcome you in our lovely accommodation. Imperia is located on the Italian Riviera, between Genoa and Nice.

The villa is about 40 square meters.

It has 1 double bedroom and a big dining room with a sofa-bed, tv, kitchen corner equipped with fridge, freezer, oven and a bathrooms with shower and washing machine.

The villa is on the main street, sometimes busy. The double glazed windows and the air conditioning guarantee, however, that guests can sleep with the windows closed without hearing traffic noises. A public free parking is 100m away.

Our strength is the terrace. It allows you to spend pleasant hours of relax.

Our holiday rental has also air conditioning, internet wi-fi for free, iron and ironing board.

The terrace is spacious and equipped with table, chairs and deckchairs.

Pets are not allowed. Ideal for a couple.

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

From 24/03/2019 heating costs are NOT included in the price (surcharge of € 10.00 per day if used).

A security deposit of EURO 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

You should bring your own bed linen and towels, as they cannot be rented on site. 

City tax applies, charges may vary.
