This cosy one-bedroom apartment has been fully refurbished with modern furnishings. It is located on the ground floor and features a private furnished terrace and access to the shared swimming pool. It can accommodate up to 4 guests: one bedroom with double bed plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The kitchenette is fully equipped: 4-burner gas hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The bathroom has a shower. Washing machine, SAT TV, air conditioning, independent heating, iron and ironing board are included.

The shared pool (open from mid-June to mid-September - Helmets must be worn!) can be reached by a short walk (about 200 metres). A shared tennis court is also available.

Bring your bicycles and enjoy the route (you can also rent them locally at a reasonable rate).
