It’s equipped with 1 double bed, 4 single beds (2 of them in the mezzanine), tv (Italian channels), internet wi-fi free, washing machine, heating, iron and ironing board. Pets are not allowed. This accommodation has a private parking also. Ideal for 2 couple or for families with kids!

PLEASE NOTE THAT:

From 07/07/2018 to 25/08/2018 reservation can be made from Saturday to Saturday only (min. 7 days).

From 24/03/2018 to 20/05/2018 and from 01/10/2018 to 25/11/2018 heating costs are NOT included in the price (surcharge of € 7.50 per day if used).

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

You should bring your own bed linen and towels, as they cannot be rented on site.
