It has 2 bedrooms (1 bedroom equipped with 1 double bed, 1 bedroom equipped with 1 bunk bed), living room with tv (Italian channels) and sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom with shower. The apartment has also washing machine, fridge with freezer, microwave oven, iron and ironing board, heating, private parking for 1 car. Pets are welcome (upon request).

This property can be a good accommodation if you want to discover Riviera of Flowers hinterland: you can do a lot of walking and horse riding. The riding stables is less than 2km far from the apartment. Ideal for families with kids!

From 24/03/2018 to 20/05/2018 and from 01/10/2018 to 04/11/2018 heating costs are NOT included in the price (surcharge of € 7.50 per day if used).

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

You should bring your own bed linen and towels, as they cannot be rented on site.
