Apartment in a excellent location 100m away from beaches and close to the city centre and to all facilities such as shops, a supermarket, restaurants, pubs and discos. The cycling path is close to the apartment (50m).

This is why we want to write you few information about it, because really this is a very nice way to discover Riviera of Flowers area… The cycling trail first meanders through the palm-lined streets of San Remo then down the rocky coastline with great views of the blue sea and beaches whilst passing through through some delightful little villages, such as Bussana, Arma di Taggia (crossing the Argentina river) and Santo Stefano al Mare (probably the most picturesque section of the trip).

Why don’t try this?

The accommodation has 1 bedroom (equipped by 1 double bed + 1 bunk bed), living room with kitchen corner and bathroom with Whirlpool bathtub. Customers will have also: heating, tv (Italian channels), air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, fridge with freezer and oven, kettle and toaster.

Ideal for families (up to 4 people)! Public free car parking 100m far away.

PLEASE NOTE THAT: 

From 06/07/2019 to 31/08/2019 reservation can be made from Saturday to Saturday only (min. 7 days).

To 25/11/2018 and from 24/03/2019heating costs are NOT included in the price (surcharge of €10 per day if used).

Please note that a deposit of EUR 200 must be paid on arrival. This will be returned at check-out, subject to a damage inspection.

You should bring your own bed linen and towels, as they cannot be rented on site.
